At Scoop of Jewels, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products. However, we handle replacements on a case-by-case basis and strive to assist our customers to the best of our ability.

We will consider genuine cases of:
* Damaged products
* Missing items
* Incorrect product deliveries

Important: Customers must report such issues within 12 hours of receiving their order.

To request a replacement, a clear, continuous unboxing video (from the start, showing the unopened package without any pauses, cuts, or edits) is mandatory. This video must be submitted within the 12-hour window.

Complaints submitted after 12 hours will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy
Orders placed on this website cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued once an order has been successfully placed.
