To request a replacement, a clear, continuous unboxing video (from the start, showing the unopened package without any pauses, cuts, or edits) is mandatory. This video must be submitted within the 12-hour window. Complaints submitted after 12 hours will not be entertained. Cancellation Policy Orders placed on this website cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued once an order has been successfully placed.
