Usage: Stand in front of a mirror, open your mouth, and stick out your tongue. Gently set the tongue cleaner's rounded side on your tongue and VERY gently move your tongue cleaner from back of your tongue to the tip of your tongue and keep going back & forth like this until you've cleaned all sides of your tongue.

And you're done, wash it properly & keep that back in a clean & dry area.
